Full Time Administration Support Officer

To be negotiated Aus$8,000 to Aus $15,000 annually.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

1 .Communication:

  • Written and proofreading skills spelling and grammar
  • Writing skills including assisting with blogs and flyers
  • Time management of CEO – monitor and manage 15 minute diary appointments
  • Travel and diary management
  • Confirm appointments and prepare agenda’s
  • Information and Technology
  • MS Office Word, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint
  • File maker Pro or updating databases
  • Camtasia/Video Editing
  • Survey Monkey
  • Adobe Acrobat


2. Social Media:

  • SEO optimisation
  • WordPress
  • Linked In
  • Facebook
  • Twitter
  • Mail Chimp

3. Skills:

  • Proactive and timely
  • Attention to detail
  • Patience
  • Self driven

Willingness to:

  • Research and learn new technologies, our industry and processes
  • Monitor and assist in the performance of staff

4. Essential:

  • An interest in tax and healthcare.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills. A lot of work Is conducted over the phone
    or by email, so the staff needs to quickly understand what you are saying.

    to get ahead.
  • Ability to keep calm because you are happy to research things properly so you can
    provide valuable opinions.
  • Ability to think outside the square
