Employment Template Agreement Kit Fair Work Act-Friendly

Unprecedented Australian national industrial Laws were introduced on 1 January 2010. Our immediate response was to develop an award-compliant employment kit, with employment templates, job descriptions, restraints and occupational health and safety agreements for doctors, allied health, nurses, practice managers and administration staff. These template agreements enable you to complete Individual Flexibility Agreements that meet the minimum Award entitlements. Just because you are paying above Award rate does not make you compliant it must be in writing to avoid Union or Fair Work orders and fines up to $33,000 per incident.
